How to order online at Athleticshop.nl?
Order online at Athleticshop.nl 24 hours a day, 365 days a years! Ordering at Athleticshop.nl is easy, fast and secure:
- See and compare every random article out of our wide assortment. By clicking on the article, further specifications will be provided. You can use the shopping-basket to look around undisturbed.
- If you decide to have one or more articles send home, please select your size and other details (if needed) and click on the button "buy now" or "add to cart".
- Your shopping-basket with the chosen articles will be displayed in order. You have the possibility to continue shopping.
- Are you done shopping? Click on ‘Checkout, under sheet "Cart contents".
- In a new window you can choose for "new customer", you have the possibilty to make a new account. Or login as returning customer.
- If you choose "new customer" please fill in the data and click "continue". You will receive an email with the confirmation.
- A new window with "Delivery Information" will open. you can change the shipping adress, choose the shipping method and can add a coment. click on "continue".
- The next window is "Payment Information" please make your choice and continue.
- The next window is "Order Confirmation" please check your order and choose "confirm order".
- Thanks, your order will be processed. Choose "Continue"

How long will it take before I have my order delivered home?
ATHLETICSHOP.NL aims to send your delivery as soon as possible.
In practice this means that we will send the order within 4 working-days after receiving your payment. The packages will be send by TNT-Post or DPD.
How can I pay?
You can pay your order at ATHLETICSHOP.NL through the secure service Wire card.
You can pay by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, ideal or by prepayment.
How much are the forwarding-charges?
The forwarding-charges are based on a maximum of 4 pair of shoes every delivery.
The costs for sending to England are € 9,95, to Rep. of Ireland € 19,95.
Delivery on cash (C.O.D.) within these countries is not possible.

Can I return my delivery?
Since February 1, 2001 you have a legal time for reflection of 7 days. Within that time you can return the ordered product(s) without report of reasons. You do have to pay the forwarding-charges, and you will have to pay the costs of the return sending. The already received payment will be deposited back on your account within 30 days, after deducting the named forwarding-charges. The period of 7 days comes into force on the day you receive the delivery. Articles with broken sealing, do not have the right of return.

I ordered the wrong size, what to do now?
You can exchange the shoes free of charge in our shop at Eindhoven. You need to bring the purchase-and delivery receipt with you. Contact us in advance whether your wanted size is in stock.
It is also possible to report the wrong size by email: info@athleticshop.nl. We will send you the right size, after receiving the returned package. We will not charge you again for forwarding-charges but you will need to take care of sending the delivery back to the next address: The costs for the return shipment are on the account of the customer.

Costs of transport of return-sendings will have to be payed by the costumer. When the articles are delivered incorrect by ATHLETICSHOP.NL (wrong size, product or manufacturing-fault), ATHLETICSHOP.NL will pay for return-costs.
